This viewpoint of Canada Pond was easy to capture given the flat stone wall on which the camera could be rested during the shoot around. The falls look almost too perfect and the water looks like the ideal reflecting pool you'd expect in a regal capital city - which, of course, Providence is! The barren industrial area to the east looks perfect for a future park - and was a fine place to watch hawks flying on this February afternoon.
