Only twenty meters from the main branch of the West tributary, a side tributary appears to come out of the ground. On closer inspection, the water is coming from a vast swampy network of water - and this convenient viewpoint from up atop a fallen tree gives the illusion that the water comes soley from an underground source. The main tributary (seen just barely in the distance) looks a lot like shot L on the map (and thus this viewpoint is slightly more interesting to document).
