Beneath Barney Pond (the falls are just to the left of the initial viewpoint), ducks and other water fowl congregate to enjoy the gently moving water and wait for hand-outs from passerbys. The ducks immediately approached us as we settled into location but quickly realized we had not food and kindly moved away to a great location for having their picture taken.
